Harbour Publishing Honours BC150
When BC150 sought to create a book to commemorate the province’s anniversary in 2008, one publisher was a natural fit for the project.
B.C. native Howard White founded Harbour Publishing in the early 1970s. Since that time, his company has published over 400 books with a B.C. connection, including the bestselling The Raincoast Chronicles.
“We’ve been publishing books on B.C. for 38 years. Our complete focus is on B.C., so developing a BC150 commemorative book was right up our alley,” said White.
Over 2,000 copies of the commemorative book have been distributed to schools and libraries across the province as a lasting testament to 150 years of B.C. achievement.
